The logo and name? The logo represents a big part of the menu, a half cow head with a pigs ear. A cow, which represents the delicious pulled beef and the pigs ear is included, so that the spareribs wouldn't feel left out. The name is linked to the owner, Yorrick. So we ask: 'How were Yor Ribs?' after you have finished your meal.

THE CHEF

My name is Yorrick, I am from The Netherlands and I have always had a passion for good food. I have worked in several Michelin-star restaurants in The Netherlands where I have learned so much about gastronomy. The dream to begin my own restaurant never disappeared and I felt it needed to be including Ribs. This is something that reminds me of my childhood, where my father and I would roast them on the barbecue on a Sunday evening, always wanted to let them taste even better. So I decided it was time to move to Austria to follow my dreams, all together with my girlfriend Lindy.
